NOS = New Old Stock. All parts are attached to the sprues. However, there are 2 sprue trees that aren't sealed and the kit decals are missing.
And, as if the kit didn't have big signage on the box-top to know what it is, someone wrote it on the back in case you missed it (see last photo)
